Terms and Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee

If we have to cancel your stay you will be guaranteed a refund within 3 weeks. You will not receive a voucher;
You will be refunded if you wish to cancel a booking made between 22/10/2020 and 26/06/2021*,
You will be refunded if your arrival is before 26/06/2021*,
You will get a full refund in the next cases:
In case of a closed border;
In case of a negative travel advice to the region of destination;
In case of quarantine on arrival and/or return in combination with a negative travel advice;
Travel advice may change regularly. Therefore, the assessment to cancel takes place from 1 day before the start of your vacation, based on the advice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In case of a positive COVID-19 test result you can cancel free of charge until your arrival day.
